Our luxurious gated community is located in the marvellous Rio Grande Valley, in an exquisite tropical setting. In our beautifully landscaped 58-acre adult retirement park, we offer mobile home, travel trailer, and park model sites for both permanent and seasonal residents. We do allow children and adults under 55 to stay within the park, but only for 2 weeks.
Enjoy our professional tennis courts, heated swimming pool, twenty shuffleboard courts, and brand new Exercise & Table Tennis Room, fully equipped with all new professional equipment. Meet friends, old and new, at our regular potluck suppers and Bingo games or at one of our Country Music Sessions or at a Jam Session with fine local musicians providing the entertainment. To hone your online skills, we have a fully-equipped computer room for Internet access and an active resident computer club.
The shops, restaurants, and charming atmosphere Old Mexico is close by, and less than an hour's drive you'll find the famous beaches of South Padre Island. Enjoy all types of water-based activities including shrimping, surfing, and deep-sea fishing in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Closer to home you'll find shopping areas, post offices, banks, golf courses, and bowling alleys.
