RV Resort Village at The Preserve - A Luxury RV Community
Located in the popular Brainerd Lakes area, this RV resort is an ideal location for those who want to escape the hustle & bustle of the Twin Cities. The surrounding area boasts more than 400 lakes, several championship golf courses, and 50+ miles of paved cycling paths on the Paul Bunyan Trail - there’s an abundance of activities for everyone. We welcome all RV’s: Class A, Class C, Fifth Wheel, Travel Trailer and Park Models, no older than 10 years. Our lots are for rent as well as for sale.
All of our lots are very spacious (min. 50 ft wide by 100 ft long) and professionally landscaped with full hookups. We have 50/30/20 amp service, cable TV, and Wi-Fi. The clubhouse features a general store, VIP owner’s lounge, exercise room, and an activity room for rallies and special events. We have a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi spa as well. Phase II of our construction will feature a bent-grass green putting course, tennis courts, children’s playground, and pavilion area for events.
For fishermen & boating enthusiasts, you’ll find several lakes within a short drive that have boat launches with public access as well as seasonal boat slips for rent. Our resort also features on-site boat & trailer storage. Don’t own a boat but want to spend a day on the water? No problem, we can assist with boat & pontoon rentals on both Gull and Cross Lake. Want to play golf but didn’t bring a car? We’ll provide shuttle service to The Preserve Golf Course in Pequot Lakes, where lot owners enjoy a free 2 year membership. Take your family on a bike ride to nearby Nisswa for the weekly turtle races or shopping.
