Cancellation Policies

Cabins

• A credit card or $150 cash deposit must be placed on file
• We will take a 1 night non-refundable deposit upon taking the reservation.
• If we are given greater than 7 days notice of the cancellation, the customer will receive a full refund, minus the 1-night deposit and any online reservation fees.
• If we are given less than or equal to 7 days notice of the cancellation, the customer will not receive a refund.
• Holiday Reservations require a 14-day notice for full refund and will not be refunded otherwise.

• If a long-term renter must leave early and they have not completed a month-long stay, they will be charged the weekly rate breakdown x the number of days that they have stayed during that month.

• If we are given less than or equal to a 24-hour notice of the cancellation, the customer will not receive a refund.

• All purchases of propane and retail products must be paid for on the date of the receipt.
• If a long-term renter must leave early, and they have been there for longer than a month, they will be charged the weekly rate breakdown x the number of days that they have stayed during that month and forgo the electricity charge.
• If a long-term renter must leave early, and they have not yet been there for longer than a month, they will be charged the weekly rate breakdown x the number of days that they have stayed during that month.
