Registering with BookYourSite enables us to re-use your contact information each time you reserve a site with our booking system. Information like your address, membership information (eg. CAA/AAA), and your preferences for park amenities can be saved. In addition, after registering with BookYourSite you have the option of receiving promotional information from the parks about upcoming specials and events.

Loading available sites
If you do not choose to pay the locking fee, the park reserves the right to place you on any site of the same type (or above). Customers are still able to make requests for areas of the park, but they are not guaranteed. If you are reserving as part of a group please indicate the names of all other families in your party in the "notes" area. We will keep all members of your party as close together as possible, given the park's availability at the time of your booking and site types chosen by the group members.

RESERVATION DATES:
When making a reservation, please be sure of your dates as you will be required to pay for the time you reserved.
Guests checking out prior to their Departure Date will not be entitled to a refund.

Cottage and RV Rentals:
A cleaning charge of 30.00 is applied to every reservation. Additional Cleaning Charges are 40.00 /Hr with a 2 Hr minimum if additional cleaning is required. It is expected the unit will have been cleaned prior to your departure.
CANCELLATION FEES:
RV Sites:
Deposit refunded if cancellation prior to 14 days of reservation arrival date (less $25.00 fee)
Cottages:
Deposit refunded if cancellation prior to 30 days of reservation arrival date (less $50.00 fee)
CHECK IN:
Full payment is required at check in.
RV Sites:
Check in time is 1:00 PM
Check out time is 11:00 AM
Cottages:
Check in time is 4:00 PM
Check out time is 11:00 AM
PETS:
Pets are welcome at Pacific Playgrounds but MUST be controlled at all times.
We expect owners of pets to ensure their animals do not become a nuisance to other guests and to clean up after them.
QUIET TIME:
Quiet time between the hours of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM is enforced and noisy guests will not be tolerated. They will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
BOATS:
Boats are not permitted on any site of the Resort. Make arrangements with the office at check-in for boat trailer storage, etc.
