Cancellation, Deposit & Booking policies:

I understand that a ONE NIGHT deposit and $3.50 per reservation fee (per site or boat slip) will be charged to my credit card and I understand the cancellation policy is as followed:

OVERNIGHT STAY CANCELLATION:

Same Day Reservation: NO REFUNDS

7 Days or more in advance: $25.00 per site

6 Days or less: 1 Night Charge

2 night minimum for weekend waterfront reservations

HOLIDAY STAY CANCELLATION :

61 days or more in advance: 1 Night Charge

60 days or less: 3 Night Fee

Holiday reservations are a 3 night minimum.

Site reservations are for 2 people. Each additional person over the age of 5 years old is charged the daily guest fee. Maximum of 8 people per site.

Sites include electric (30/50 ams), water, sewer and cable.

AVAILABILITY IS NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL YOUR CREDIT CARD DEPOSIT IS PROCESSED.
