Awful, terrible, road full of serious pot holes, dirty, smelly office and cafe, cow field, knee high grass, very old electrical service, in one work a "Dump"

Stopped by to check it out. Pool not useable fishing pond very shallow and full of weeds. Camp sites would be difficult to back into. Will not stay!!!!
