| Overnight stay.

The price was right, but amenities few. Site was not very level. Laundry equipment was out of order. Nice pet area.

Just off the exit very good access didn't notice any freeway noise. Pricing is great. Would stay again.

Nice, clean, little park, conveniently located. Easy in, easy out. Would definitely stop her again.

No recreation room is advertised, they do not promote a recreation room. Everything they advertised and offered was great. Would stay again. Easy access to I10 & US 19. Park is set up mainly on a honor system, however folks answering the phone offered to meet if I needed anything.

By user-4693837... on 2017-10-23.

There 3 nights and the recreation room was locked day and night. There is no shower. And the sewer hookup is higher up than the RV. Makes draining tanks difficult. WiFi is great. Part appears that upgrades are being made. Park does have potential. Park managment needs to be at the park or have an employee present.

| Nice small campground

By user-5775008... on 2017-10-23. Stayed 2016-11-07 to 2016-11-08

This is a very nice clean park. It is right off I 10 and Hwy 19. There is a bit of noise from the highways. The pull throughs are not very level. Would stay again for an over night stop.

| Nice, clean, convenient but no shower

By user-5796869... on 2017-10-23.

This is the first full hookup campground with no showers or laundry. That aside, the location was convenient off I-10, and it seems clean and friendly. If you don't need a shower, this would be a good choice while traveling along I-10 in Florida.

| Great overnight

We stayed in a 40' Fifth Wheel. Beautiful little park just off I-10. Good water, good electric, plenty of room for staying hooked up and putting out the slides. Level enough for an overnight. Wish I could post a picture because the park is very nicely landscaped.

| Nice simple clean convenient

Just off i10... Simple... Good spot overnight.... McDonald's and Arby's walking distance....

| Nice place to spend the night.

By user-4918880... on 2017-10-23.

Easy to find. Easy to park. Good water. Big rigs will fit, but can be tight if you don't drive well. The street to get to the park is littered with tree service trucks, which makes it a little tricky to maneuver around to get into the park. Staff is awesome. No frills no thrills. Highway noise is an issue, if your a light sleeper.

| Great place

Great overnight stay, no one in office after 5pm they gave a merit system, put your money in the envelop or credit card info and drop it in the box. If your members of Good Sam it is $28 or any other club, if not $32. Good price. Great access and exit, pretty good level gravel pads. Same of the Palm trees are not in good locations but all in all good. We well stay there again.

| Super Overnight Stop!!

By user-5272751... on 2018-03-14.

Found this little gem on our way from Texas to Florida. Clean and quite. I had seen comments about road noise but didnt notice that. Favorite part was the dog runs. We had been on the road a while and the dogs really enjoyed getting to stretch their legs! Some of the sites have a pitch to them but easy enough to level manually. This one will be a repeat stop for us!

| Great spot

Stayed there two nights 29 and 30th December 2017. Water electric 50/30 AMP your choice. Level space easy to find just off of 10 by 19. Walking distance to Mcdonalds. And Arbys. Very clean and quiet. Yes would stay again. Owners very nice sl8ght problem with WIFI but they were working on it.

| Perfect for overnight stay

By user-4936412... on 2018-05-17.

Cute little campground with easy access from Interstate 10. Just what we needed on our trip back north. We booked on-line so we knew our site number, which was good as no one was in the office when we arrived at 5:30. Not an issue since signage tells arrivals to park where there is an opening without an orange cone. Gas/diesel close by. Town of Monticello looks like a nice little town with antiques and shops, although we did not stop to shop. Never did meet any staff but the grounds are well maintained with more landscaping in the works. Would stay here again.

By user-5210825... on 2018-07-06.

I found the sites very unlevel. Tried numerous sites before finding one that would work. Seemed overpriced for the condition of the sites. And that there were no shower facilities. Reasonably quiet despite the closeness to the interstate.

| Nice little park

By user-6333427... on 2019-08-09. Stayed 2018-07-28 to 2018-07-30

This was my second visit there both were okay. $28.00 per night full hook ups. Owners very nice, wifi so so. Walking distance to McDonalds, Arbys. One thing to be careful of, "Red Ants", I lost my balance and fell, my arm could not have been on the ground for more then a few minutes. Got bit about a dozen times, and yes they do burn and swell up. Then came the blisters. About a week now and still not all cleared up, but hopefully soon.

| Good Value

By user-5081953... on 2019-08-09.

Easy off I-10, which means traffic noise. Small place, really tight spots, costs more to online book (wish I had, to get a better pull through), difficult pulling out cause of trees, manager was nice on phone, may stay again.

| Nice quick layover

By user-5843560... on 2019-08-09.

Just off the interstate, easy to find and get in to. Not as much road noise as I expected. Pull thru site, saw several like it, most all did not need to unhook, we did not unhook. Would stay again. We camped at A Stone's Throw RV Park in a Motorhome.

| Great for stop overnight

Easy pull off I 10. Pulled un on Sunday at 5, nobody there but a sign, pull into and spot without a cone, put money in envelope, put in box. Spots have grass and are pretty level. Gas stations and Arby's and McDonald's right there. We didn't unhook. We travel in 30ft travel trailer but there were many bigger RVs. All pull threw spots. Easy breezy, just what we like. Will use again

| Good overnight

Bring extra. Wood or blocks. Sites noy very level. Clean park. Dog run. Closed to mcdonalds. And arbys so you can walk. Average wifi. Good for one night. But if your going be after 4. Big rigs better call. Fills fast. Meet manager or owner not sure but very nice. 28. Honor.system or you can wait. Office people get there in morning to run credit card. Put as easy put on drop box. Will keep it on list for overnight

Great for one night when traveling thru, easy on and off I-10, full hook ups, wi-fi okay, TV with antenna. You can reserve on line or take a chance, we were in site 20 a pull thru, there were 6 or 7 campers the night we stayed.

| Simple and Clean

By user-6707588... on 2019-08-09. Stayed 2019-01-24 to 2019-01-25

Only complaint is the sloped nature of this park. It was not easy in #16 to level our Class A

| Love this park

By user-5170169... on 2019-08-09.

We have stayed here before and found this park to be very nice and friendly. We had no problem pulling in a class A, while towing a vehicle into our spot. Nice new gravel roads, very clean park. Easy access to access gas stations, food and interstate.

GPS is wrong. On East side of road behind Shell. Nice park for overnight stay. Roads have fresh crushed asphalt on them. Spots are tight.

| Great option for overnight stay

By user-unknown on 2019-08-09. Stayed 2019-04-19 to 2019-04-20

My wife and I stayed here for one night encounter to southern Florida. First off, they have a good online reservation system which made it easy to reserve a spot. They contacted us the day of our stay to let us know they were changing their numbering convention, which had they not called us would have been confusing based on the email confirmation of the site we had reserved. Park layout is easy to navigate ,with a gravel drive and pads. Sites were level. It is very close to the interstate, but the road noise wasn t nearly as bad as I expected. I am a light sleeper and with a fan on I could barely hear the road noise in the bedroom. Very easy in n out. Would absolutely stay here again.

Nice park for overnight stay traveling on I10. Good road into and out of park. Road in park is a crusted asphalt. Reserved online and never saw anyone in office during stay. FHU and level site. Pull thru long enough to keep tow hooked up. Stayed in Class A DP. Pd $31. While close to interstate, road noise was not a factor to me.

| quick overnight ok place

For one quick overnight, ok place. Easy in and out, owner helpful. But no showers or ant amenities.

| Great I10 stop spot.

By user-4619336... on 2019-08-09.

Easy in/out close to I10. Full hook ups, level gravel pull thru sites, small clean park for one nite stay. Easy online booking and reasonable rates. Diesel truck stop across the street. Stayed here in our 40' class A towing a car.

Great easy overnight stay
