We live in the Dallas, TX area and have stayed overnight here several times traveling either west or east since it is about 175 miles from our home. Current management have made many improvements over the past few years. Nice pool. Exceptional restrooms/showers. Normal Interstate noise. Works for us.

| Noisy

Very noisy (guests as well as other people) and more of a man camp than a family RV stopping point.

| Trees need trimming!!!!!

We stayed over night here on our way through Texas. One night was more than enough for us! We got in just as it got dark and the office was closed. We had to select a site and find our way to our site in the dark. We did not see the very large untrimmed tree as we turned right to go down the lane to our site and it left a HUGE scratch along the side of our motorhome. The traffic noise was absolutely horrific. Then at midnight the trains began to roll by. I wear earplugs to bed and even with those the noise was unbearable. We will not be staying here again.

This park was made in the 60's so when they say they can park Big Rigs....NOT SO. if you are above 30 ft and have slides KEEP MOVING.....plus the lady in the office is very rude gives you no help no things like where to take trash where to walk pet....MY biggest mistake.....the highway noise is horrionus but instead of make a wall to block it we need a fake bridge and flowers....you will also sink everywhere you walk or drive....your rv will sink all night.....not worth any stars...

Like most RV parks in this part on TX this park is full of workers. That means there are only a few spots left for us travelers. Sites are close but we did find one for our 40 foot 5th. Right off I-20 so lots of noise all night long. Did have 50 amps and sewer. You can call ahead but will probably have to find your own site. Would stay again in a pinch.

| Works Good For us.

Had to come to Abilene for rv warranty repairs and stayed at Abilene RV park. Right on interstate so it is noisy but didn't keep us awake. Long enough for 36 foot plus towed. Level sites, easy access to I-20 and about 10 minutes to downtown. Will stay here again.

| Nice Place

My husband and i stayed 2 nights here. Noticed quite a few 5th wheels and long term stays. Park is clean, staff friendly. Max length 65' about 18 and 36 of the 45' spaces. Has Wi-Fi. Worked great except when thunderstorm came passing through. I'd stay here again. Note on finding the place.... frontage road on SOUTH side of I20 going East bound, pass the fireworks building about 200 yards. Red, white and blue Texas flags flying.
