Small and "intimate". Many are long term, but they also have daily and weekly. Full hook ups, (city water and sewer), 30/50, great wifi, good OTA reception. This park is part of a small paved airfield. You can watch planes during the day. The airstrip doesn't operate after dark. There is also a GREAT restaurant on the property, the "Pic N Pig". The sampler is way more than enough for 2. It is so good, people fly in to eat (with reserved parking). Both CG and restaurant do not accept plastic. CG is about a mile outside of Carthage. Great small town with restaurants and two gotta see murals. Roland, the owner came by to visit with us. There is room along the airfield to let dogs run to their hearts content (within reason).
Was visiting family in the area and the other park I called was full and told me to call this one. We got lucky and was able to stay in one of the 3 full hook up spots that he has by the museum that they are putting in. The other part of the RV park that is right on the airport is small and I really doubt we could have got our 45' 5th wheel in it. It is set up in a horseshoe with not much room in the middle to maneuver. He did have another spot with electric only out on the grass. Very nice people and he was more than helpful and willing to work with me. The Restaurant Pic n Pig is great definitely want to eat there if you like BBQ. If visiting again I would call to see if we could get full hook up spot again.
