I can not give this any stars, but it made me put at least one. We were very disappointed in this park. The park is for sale which makes it unkempt and poorly run. Manager doesn't have a clue what he is doing. We watched people come in and leave in the morning without paying cause no one was around to collect the money. The water smelled like sulfur really bad and we could not drink it. Showers made the rig smell. Its basically a dirt lot which becomes very muddy during the rain. No amenities and the wi-fi does not work most of the time.
Spent 2 days here in early Aug 2019 @ $40 per day. The owners will tell you they are the cheapest in town (and they may well be) but they are not worth $40 per day. The sites are dirt with brier patch weeds thrown in for color, very close sites, the foul tasting water is shared so when the neighbor flushes your water pressure drops and the advertised WiFi is AT BEST 1 Mbps. Presuming you can get that! The game room looks like a drug dealer parlor and video game parlor mated. The bathroom/shower was/is not up to code. (view the attached pictures). No toilet paper in the bathrooms for paying customers. The house foyer doubles as the office. Arrived at 1 pm and had to wake H(the owner) to get a site and pay. Within 1 hour I complained to the owners about a barking dog tied up outside. Extreme lack of concern about the barking dog. I would not stay here ever again! H bragged to me on how he is cleaning up the place from all the drug users by raising the prices. I think he has a way to go. This place needs a LOT of work
