Sites are nice with concrete pads. No activity to speak of. More full time than anything. Now the bad, stayed from November '14 -March '15. First week in February started to smell sewer. Told the owners, they did pump a tank. Then sewege water start to bubble on top of the ground. This lasted 6 weeks with the owner piling soil on top of the areas. Finally got fed up with the issue and made reference to a bad review. I was ask to vacate due to this. So I would suggest to roll on especially if you have an opinion of them. Safe travels.
Pull thru, lots of room, hardwood trees between sites, good TV cable with channel list, camp Wi-Fi stronger than my Verizon Jetpack. Lots of squirrels and birds. Friendly & helpful staff. 4 stars only due to unpaved roads would be dusty in the summer.
Didn’t really expect much on a one night stay, but, we found this campground to be very nice. Very large level sites, newer power poles, WiFi that really works and cable tv that delivers a clear picture. All for $32 per night. Can’t beat that!
Stayed overnight. Loved the pull thru level, wooded site. Fishing pond. Dog walk around the outside fence line, large fenced in dog park. Great place for overnight or if you have an event in the Albany area.
Really a lovely place to stay! Staff was very helpful and friendly! They are working hard to beautify! Level sites with concrete pads. Nice restrooms, laundry, and office. Good gravel roads to sites! Recommend calling ahead. Office hours a little tough to work around.
Wonderful people and nice grounds. Will stay again. Adjoining an RV dealership, who ended up repairing an electrical issue for me.
Not a lot of extras for families, but great for adults! Quiet, level sites and staff working all the time to keep resort tip-top! We will add to our favorites list when traveling through Georgia!
