Reviews for Albert E. Sleeper State Park

When we arrived the staff was very helpful. There is a lot of shade and the lots are spacious. We are at 158 with 50 amp service. I would suggest a site on the outside of the loops, there is a little more privacy. No camp store. The beach is across the highway (25) but there is a walkway over the highway and a parking lot at the beach. Part of the beach is dog friendly. We have a 38 foot mh, and travel with 2 dogs. There are a lot of mosquitos so bring bug spray.

Stayed here 1 night on our way around the coast of MI. Mostly level sites although some will need leveling. Most of the middle row sites look like they could be wet if it rains a lot. None of the sites are paved except 1, but are hard packed sand. Very clean bathhouse & showers. Expect some road noise sonce it's right on M25. We were in a 28' MH towing a car.
