Good stay

Stayed 2017-05-25 to 2017-05-30
Convenient for the metropolitan area. Close to I25 but no significant road noise.
Facilities are well maintained. Would have to agree that most sites are narrow but acceptable.
Laundry worked well.
Staff was friendly and helpful.

Good layover stop.
By user-5760380... on 2018-06-27.
Kinda hidden in a light industrial area, so no great views. Sites are close together, but good size. All hookups available with laundry onsite. Staff friendly. Facilities clean but a little outdated. Price is average for KOA's. Very close to downtown Bernalillo and the famous Range Care.

Friendly people, clean facilities, sites are very close together but level and clean. There is a home brewery that is on the other side of the fence! Super good brews & delicious pizza.

We stayed for several days while I was training my dog for search and rescue. As said previously , the sites are close and roads are a little tight. But....park is super clean, each site has a little patch of imitation grass. Good electric power....and easy on and off the interstate and surprisingly little to no highway noise and yes there is a gate in the park to a micro brewery....

Sites like prison cells

Super crowded sites, close to highway, better off staying elsewhere. 2 stars since their facilities were clean and well maintained.

Clean park! Friendly people

We stayed overnight and wished we would have been able to stay longer! They had night check in which was convenient for us. They had nice laundry facilities which we used. The pool looked clean and partially covered from the hot sun. There was a wood fire stove that a local uses to make native food thurs-sun. Everyone was friendly! If only we had more time ! (It was in an industrial park area so kinda threw us off in the dark but they have made the atmosphere homey.)

Great staff, friendly people, attached brewery!
By user-5830660... on 2018-06-27.
I’ve had the pleasure to stay here several times, and always try to stop by again when I’m in the area.
The staff is friendly, and the sites are a little narrow for larger RVs. Cellular service in the area is hit or miss. Campground WiFi works well at times, but can also be problematic with many people on.
Fairly quiet most days of the week, and the attached brewery is quite tasty.

Loved staying here!

Really impressed on how friendly and accommodating the staff was! Sites were nice and level although quite close together. Far enough off I-25 that road noise is a very low drone. Best part was the brewery next door with good beer and pizza!
By user-5296130... on 2018-06-27.
Great park and one of the most reasonably priced parks in the area! Friendly staff, very clean. Sites are long, though narrow. Two great dog parks. Just far enough off the highway that road noise wasn’t an issue. Gate opens to a fabulous brewery with great pizza. WiFi was hit and miss.

Great location for exploring Albuquerque area. Staff friendly. Very clean, nice pool, good laundry facilities and felt safe. We didn t try the attached Brewery. The tram up the mountain is about 6 miles away and has stunning views. Would stay here again.

Nice overnight stay
By user-5927736... on 2019-08-09.
The location is good, close to the highway with limited noise. The roads inside the park are a bit tight for a larger rig. We drive a 44 foot motorhome with a toad and there were several turns that were quite tight. To make it worse, there are large rocks on the roads that make the turns tighter. Otherwise, it was a good overnight stay. Gravel roads and sites, but no problems leveling up. We camped at Albuquerque North / Bernalillo KOA in a Motorhome.

Things do change...
By user-6383313... on 2019-08-09.
Under new management as of April/May 2018 timeframe.
I have stayed here a number of times over the past few years. It is relatively quiet. Slots are fairly narrow, but the brewery to the north is still a plus. WI-FI can be great when the park is empty, but it is simply oversubscribed with a full park.
Things have definitely changed with the new management. Prices have increased. Security lights are no longer and the campground is much darker at night. It seems grounds are not being kept up to the same standards. Campers staying for longer times are no longer separated from the overnight campers. The new management has also been quick to be become argumentative when posed with a simple yes/no question.
I felt like the prior owner were more understanding of full timers and willing to work with us as we're not weekend campers. Weekend and overnight campers seems to be what the new owners prefer.

This is a great and lovely KOA. The roads are a bit tight so i can onderstand it is dificult with a big RV. The campground is nicely decorated, there is a pool and a nice playground for the children. Bathrooms are wonderfull and the Wi-Fi is great.

We have a 33 ft 5th wheel. The sites maybe a little narrow but enough room for 3 slide outside. Well maintained, new managers who were very helpful and friendly.

Nothing special, but no issues
By user-6038578... on 2019-08-09.
Good for an overnight stay. The site was level and the building it was behind knocked down a lot of the traffic noise from the interstate. Site was level, cabel and WiFi worked well. Pool was ok.

Nice campground with amenities you expect from a KOA. Sites are a little cramped, but overall a good experience. Pool was a welcomed relief from summer heat.
