| Great management!
Stayed here for 2 weeks in a travel trailer. Last minute and showed up late. Manager was their waiting for us and extremely nice. He made sure we got all set up. The park is not the nicest I have ever stayed in but it was safe and kids playing outside. They do have wifi which is not the fastest. No cable tv but it's not their fault. The cable company pulled out of the town. They had cable up until January. I cannot speak for the bathrooms as I never used them. I would and will stay here again if I am in the area. Quiet and peaceful at night. I work out of town and live out of my Rv. I have stayed at many different Rv parks in many different states. For California it is fairly reasonably priced.

The curb appeal was not good at all, and the office looked like something off the TV show Hoarders! The people seemed nice enough but what a pig sty! We were travelling with 2 other units and none of us could get past the bathroom door...disgusting! Tenants of the trailer park let their dogs do their business anywhere they like and none is picked up. Would not recommend this place to anyone!
Quiet location. Cash or check only. Showers are from the "dark ages" cockroaches and spiders. Really bad! Cable and internet good. Level paved pull through very narrow.
