Amazingly clean restrooms and showers. Showers have choice off wall-mount or rain shower head with plenty of water volume. Spaces are tight with no privacy under canopy of trees on gravel-dirt mix. Right off Hwy-2 about 1 mile east of downtown Leavenworth. Paid $33 with water and electric hook-ups.

This is the best RV park, for quick access and 10 minute walk to town, perfect for those without an alternate vehicle. Good points! Staff friendly warm and helpful Restrooms and showers spotlessly clean Convenient for grocery shopping or fuel up at Safeway across the highway Limited number of spots creating a congenial atmosphere amongst campers. The downside Highway noise Dust/mud

It is a well kept campground with very clean bathroom/shower facilities. Only a 20 minute walk to downtown Leavenworth and 5 minute walk to Safeway. Sites are a bit close and hard pack dirt. Very dusty when it's dry out. Other than a basketball hoop, there are no recreational facilities at all. Sites are fairly level but somewhat small. Very close to the highway though. Some sites are probably within 25 feet, so it is noisy when the traffic is moving. Not bad later at night though. This is a good campground to use as a base for visiting Leavenworth, especially if you are walking. Otherwise, lack of facilities, dirt roads, sites, and parking areas would not entice me to return.

| Good base for exploring Leavenworth area

This is a good base for exploring Leavenworth and the surrounding area. Pros: Open during winter. Walking distance to grocery store and downtown. In winter it was quiet except on weekends. Pet friendly. There is a weekly rate available. Bathrooms are clean. Owners respond quickly to inquiries. Cons: There was no water at our site for most of our stay (due to frozen pipes underground) and we did not receive a discount for this. When the snow melts it can get muddy. Highway noise. Not much privacy between sites. Limited number of sites with 50 amp service. They only give a monthly rate for specific sites which are extremely close together. Even at the weekly rate the price is pretty high.
