What a wonderful place! Campground adjacent to a golf course outside Americas GA. Everyone friendly, free washers, golf with camping fee although we don't golf. Restrooms and laundry clean, lots of reading material. Americas has nice shopping- check out Maze- and wonderful cafes and used bookstores. Only a short drive to Plains our next destination. Worth a short stop or a long stay if you golf!

Perfect place to explore Andersonville POW National historic site as well as all things Jimmy Carter. Spots are long and level. Laundry and bath good and clean. Wi-Fi hit door only but we could access from our site. All this plus you are in the middle of twenty seven golf holes.

| Beautiful setting

This small campground is on a golf course and the setting is lovely. Sites are on grass and not all have picnic tables but there are nice heated restrooms with showers, laundry facilities and a clubhouse building where wifi is. Everyone is super friendly. Just 10 min to Americus which has nice shops and coffee house/ bookstore. About 20 min to Plains GA and we lucked out to be here on a Sunday President Carter was teaching Sunday School! Get there early well before 9 am to get in and here him. A wonderful experience.

Pulled in for the night. Lots of space. Friendly people. Clean showers and restroom. Nice white sand playground. $44 a night, but that includes green fees.

Level, grassy sites. No trees. Had a torrential downpour of rain, site was soggy but not underwater. Didn't use restrooms, laundry or golf courses. People very friendly. Good stop to visit Plains and Andersonville.

Stayed here while visiting Andersonville civil war site. Billy & Nancy were our host, wonderful people. Raining when we pulled in, and Billy directed us to our site and stayed with my hubby shining his flashlight while he connected. He also does curtesy call to confirm all is well if you are past your ETA. Nice to know someone cares. Campsite was very nice, and we came back a second night to sleep before starting back to Ohio.
