A bit out of the way (a 15 minute drive downhill to the nearest town centre, and 45 minutes to Vancouver) but that also means it's less crowded and blessedly quieter than the tourist-soaked parks. Sites are gravel, mostly level, surrounded by trees and hedges with some privacy from your neighbor. Full service, including 50amp which is surprisingly rare to find in BC. Fire pits, clean modem washrooms and showers. The water runs too hot in the showers, be careful of getting scalded. Good laundry room with giant industrial washing machines. Pets allowed. The staff is super nice. Only real downside is the cost. Some RV parks closer to Vancouver charge less. Ask for a weekly rate, it's cheaper.
