Nice little place, only around 16 lots. Stayed here for a month. Located a mile from 30A. It is located on a beautiful horse ranch. In the mornings or late at night the horses all come up to the fence and you can pet them. For around $60 they will provide horse back trail rides. The employees are all very friendly and the folks that stay there full time are very nice as well. There is two bathrooms, one shower and a washer and dryer. On Sunday mornings church is provided and quite often events are held in the barn. They offer a centralized fire pit as well as screened in picnic area with TV. Cable video service is not offered here, but they do offer free Wi-Fi which seems to be relatively seamless.
