Generally, military campgrounds are not my cup of tea. Mostly, it's the BS at the front gate that drives me nuts. Anyway, this park has most commercial parks beat, hands down. The sites are spacious and long, have the utilities as they should be. The fairly level concrete pads are very nice. What's not to like? Unusable free wifi. And, who laid out this park. It had to be someone that has never driven a DP. The turns are too tight if you are towing. At least if your pusher is over 40'. However, would absolutely stay here again!
I was actually stationed here at Fort Hauchuca, I knew it had a RV park, but had I known it was this nice, I would have chosen to live here instead of renting in town. The is very spacious, nearly leveled concrete sites with full hook ups. I have had no issues with free wifi. Upgrades have been made since 2015. Nature trails, lighted walking paths at night, drag park, playground, laundry/shower facilities. Awesome mountain views. Thank you FMWR for all the upgrades and upkeep to this hidden gem...
Very nice park. It was our first time visiting and we only stayed one night. We will definitely go back again. The space was large and very well maintained. Easily accessible. Nice amenities: cable, WiFi, laundry, bath house, move library, lots of books and puzzles to enjoy. The price was great $24 for a 30amp. The staff was very helpful!!
Large concrete pads. Very helpful staff. Clean bathrooms with showers that lock. Great walking path next to the park. Close to commissary and PX. Will definitely stay again.
Nice pull through sites with decent spacing. Great area for exploring. Interesting museums on base. Visited Bisbee
