Reviews for Apache Palms RV Park

| If you don't want to spend $$$ for resort

By user-5918924... on 2017-10-23. Stayed 2017-04-19 to 2017-04-21

We were staying in Phx area for 3 days to visit with friends while heading north. We did not need/want to spend the $$$ for an RV Resort. Apache Palms worked great for us. It IS a small park and not a lot of maneuver room. We have a 40' towing an extended dolly trailer with a platform for our 2 Harley's so we requested a pull-thru. We fit just fine with room to open our 4 slides and park our Tahoe. I don't think we would have had room to drive thru w the Tahoe in tow, but there is a small space for 2 rigs to park while checking in which would have worked as long as no one else pulled in. It is a squeeze between the 2 palms & I can see a problem with pulling out of a couple pull-thru's, but we had the end spot so we could pull out to the exit. The proximity was great for us. We were visiting Mesa, central Phx, & North Phx, all 30 minutes away. We found a great dog park 15 min away-& Angie in the office was accommodating & friendly. We'll stop here again on our way south.

Nicest little RV park we think we have ever been in. Very clean and tidy. Super friendly office staff made us feel like family. Will definitely be back!

| No dump station

The park looks neat and clean, but RV Parky was incorrect on them having a dump station, or they don't provide the service anymore.

Spacious lots. Close to a lot of attractions. Across the street from the rail station. Clean. Would stay there again.

I have been here two weeks so far really good. I wasnt expecting the $170 deposit but they have cable wifi (not great) price seems reasonable $445/month you pay electric. I have no complaints

| Great place to overnight near I-10

Apache Palms is a little hard to find, but it offered all the amenities needed for a comfortable overnight during our eastbound trip on I-10. It was quiet, had all the hook-ups, clean restrooms & showers, and friendly folks in the office. Bob helped us check-in and showed us to our spot. He said the Wi-Fi was recently upgraded, and we had an easy time connecting and using the web. Overall, couldn't ask for more.

| Just OK

In town on business. Park is clean, look to be some long term residents that could be more tidy. The surrounding area is so so but was quiet. $30 Uber ride into Scottsdale area. WiFi is terrible, they should not list it as a feature as it's so bad. Very fustrating seeing how I need WiFi in order to do my work. Probably would not stay again.

Can't get a better location to ASU & downtown Tempe & Scottsdale. Supper helpful staff, pleasant park, cleanest restrooms ever, dog friendly & if the WiFi struggles due to build up around the park your phone will work great! Highly recommend if you can get a space.

Best thing is the location. Park itself is older and somewhat dated. Not a great part of town. Small but ok pool. Bathrooms are older but clean
