This park advertises to be pet friendly but in reality they are only pet tolerant. Residents with pets are treated like 2nd class citizens. The dog park area is in need of cleaning on a daily basis. Right from the start we had issues with the office staff. We made reservations by phone about two months before we were scheduled to arrive. I was told I would receive confirmation via e-mail but it never happened. When I called to check on our reservation it turns out the employee who made the reservation had messed it up. It was a good thing I followed up or we would have arrived and not had a spot. Every time we had any contact with the office they seemed their computer system wasn't working or they weren't able to help us. The location of the park is very convenient but we will not be returning.
