We took a trip of over 8,000 miles and stayed at several camp grounds. We were there for a class reuion. We made reservations for 2 nights. We stayed at there thaw 1st night an it rained, when we stepped out our feet were covered with water. So we decided not to stay the 2nd night, however we still had to pay for both nights. I have never heard of that in my life as well as having to pay for hot water. I will NEVER stay ther again.
I don t understand the other review. Nothing is wrong with the campground itself. It s a bit pricey at $50/day. Would give 5 stars but our power went out a couple times, and the price isn t quite worth it. The river is nice but there really isn t a ton to do. There are two pools but we did not use. The staff is a little u professional but I didn t mind. They seem to be pretty carefree. Overall not worth the money but a nice site.
