This RV Resort is made up (as are most in FL) of mainly permanent sites with about 25% transient. The sites are level with a concrete patio. The sites are however exceedingly close with barely 5 feet between. On the plus side, we never saw our neighbors. The grounds are well maintained and the staff friendly and helpful. The only problem (and pardon the verbiage)SUCKS!. The free service is slow and unreliable. The premium service that is available from TengoNet at $30.00/month is reminiscent of 1970's dial up service. They advertise speeds "up to 10mbps" note the wording "up to". During our time here it rarely exceeded 4mbps. Tech support is limited to script reading clerks. Do not be conned into buying in. Other than that we had a good stay and will be back.
