Reviews for Arizona Oasis RV Resort

| Ahhhhh, green grass and overlooking the river and a small beach

By user-6298323... on 2017-10-23.

3-16 thru 3-26 2016 Came for 3-4 days and stayed two weeks. Peaceful until spring break children arrived - but they left and all was good again.

| Good neighbor park

By user-4724108... on 2017-10-23.

We are staying here under coast to coast as they are a good neighbor park for $15 a night. Very friendly staff. Nice park but little shade. We are on a pull thru but had to unhook as site is not long enough for a 30' travel trailer and 22' truck. We are here for 3 nights so we would have unhooked anyway. There are some sights that look like they would have been long enough We would stay here again for $15 but we never pay $40.

| Pretty decent park. Friendly.

By user-5794251... on 2017-10-23.

We came over from CA and were there a bit after 4pm. Oops. That's 5pm AZ time. They left our needed info in an envelope outside. Perfect. Gave us our spot # and gate code. As another reviewer stated, it has gravel pull -thrus with cement pad. Not too close together. Daily calendar of activities / food. Close walk to river. Horse shoe pit at river. Gate provides some security but with events, people can come thru. Seems like some people are longer term here.

| Lovely Park - on the river

By user-5232524... on 2017-10-23.

Very nice park for one night. Pro's - take Passport America, as well as Good Sam and Triple A. Long pull-through space with concrete pad adjacent, suitable for chairs and grill. Easy on and off from I-10. We are using the WiFi to watch movies with our amazon firestick and it works great. The only con is that the cable doesn't work. If it worked, it would be five stars!

| Good Stop for the Night

It was a very windy day, so we could not enjoy the riverfront, but it looked quite nice. The gravel sites were pull-through with very little vegetation. It was far enough from the freeway that we did not notice any noise. Cable TV worked well, but only one device was allowed on wifi. There's a good breakfast at the clubhouse on weekends. We paid $38 for our 21'TT.

| Great river access

By user-5627922... on 2017-10-23.

Stayed here 5-7 June great access to the river and nice green grass area for setting up camp just watch out for the sprinkler system. Had fun with all the staff and nice of them to host karaoke.

| We could stay here forever!

Paid $20 a night with Passport America, they are one of the only places nearby that take it during the high season. This park is wonderful! Huge pool and hot tub, awesome river front beach, pool table, breakfast restaurant, cable with a ton of channels, clean showers and bathrooms. Truly an Oasis in the desert.

| Would stay for a Month if we could

By user-6136885... on 2018-03-14. Stayed 2018-02-10 to 2018-02-11

Resort atmosphere, everyone is relaxed and friendly, lots of activities, beautiful pool and hot tup up on the hill for sunsets overlooking the mountains, the BEACH is incredible, sunsets look like Hawaii, hammocks, fire pit, grass for the dogs. Laundry facility is very nice, can do lots of loads at once. Cable works great, they provide a remote. We had to detach our very long trailer (32') to fit in our spot, which is fine, there is trailer storage at the boat launch. Highly recommend Arizona Oasis, budget extra time because you won't want to leave!

| By far the best experience

Since we have started crossing America we have started at many places. Many do not rate the rate they charge. Many over charge and no matter what the amenities it doesn’t equate to the fact you are parking on a piece of gravel or pavement. No one is making your bed you don’t have your own bathroom (like a hotel). But it seems that is what RVing has come down to. Us accepting over priced place to park. But this place. It has everything. An amazing view of the Colorado river. Very friendly people and staff. A nice big clean pool. And the stars!!! No light litter from a busy city. You can lay in the pool and stare at a amazing large universe staring back down at you. This is actually a place we would consider buying a park model home. Thanks everyone that works here. We had a great time.

| Quiet during the week

By user-5835292... on 2019-08-09. Stayed 2018-11-19 to 2018-11-30

We stayed here over the Thanksgiving week and weekend. It was quiet most of the time, but during the holiday and weekend there were a lot of off road vehicle noises in the park and dust from them driving through. Most of the riders kept to the park speed limit and that was nice and considerate since there were many many children walking around the park. The river was pretty and relaxing to watch except for when a loud speed boat went up and down it numerous times one afternoon. We didn't use the heated pool or hot tub but they looked clean and inviting. The laundry facility was nice and the machines either used quarters or you could download an app and pay through there which was interesting. We paid $240 for the week that included Thanksgiving and we used our Passport America discount on an additional 5 nights which made it well worth it. Full hookups with all the Thanksgiving cooking and clean up was great! Overall, we wouldn't seek out the place to stay, but it was a good find at the last minute.

| There's a Stench...

By user-unknown on 2019-08-09.

Really, there is a stinky smell all over the park. Office said they put 'blue' stuff on the road to keep the dust down. Said it will go away. 2 days later, still a stench like a dairy farm or sewage, ugh! Park is nice, has most amenities you'd expect in an rv resort...with concrete patios, decent sized pull-through sites. On the river, but in December the river is low, boat ramp is unusable. They do Passport America! So, it's stinky but cheap!

| Nice place on the river

We dud a late night stay, but definitely a destination RV park. Clean, level sites.

| VERY DISSATISFYING

By user-6526753... on 2019-08-09.

Review of Arizona Oasis RV Resort 50238 Ehrenberg-Parker Highway Ehrenberg, Arizona 85334 Interstate 10W, Exit #1 The name (California Company) is very misleading! VERY DISSATISFYING We arrived with great expectations, only to have nearly every day becoming just one disappointment after another. The very day we arrived, we discovered the ATV Equipment Rental company was no longer in business (THE ONE reason we chose this particular RV park). Then we found out the Arizona Oasis RV park DOES NOT have a LP Propane refilling station, nor even fresh filtered water for refilling containers? For LP Propane, we were directed to the Flying J Truckstop across Interstate 10, but it was expensive. We found it was cheaper to drive 18 miles East to Quartzite, refill and drive back, than to fill our LP at the Flying J! For water, we were directed to a fresh water station down the road, that was out of order, not dispensing water. When the customer services number (for the fresh water station) was called, all we got was a recording that the number had been disconnected and was no longer in service? We also had little or no Internet (RV park promised HIGH speed Wi-Fi), as Dial-Up Speed web access was only available for a few minutes each morning. The TV cable access was randomly sporadic with glitches. the remote only worked if you got up and went to a window (or outside) close to the electrical panel? The only affordable Diesel Fuel or Gas, was located at the Chevron, on Tom Wells Road, 5 miles East, for over 50¢ LESS PER GALLON! RV Park roads are VERY dusty, the Pull-Through sites are EXTREMELY short(approximately 40 ) preventing ANYONE (with a Fifth Wheel or a large Class A) from parking in a Pull-Through site while connected, or a towed vehicle. WARNING This RV park is at a location on the bank of the Colorado River that has a DANGEROUSLY FAST Current! DO NOT recommend ANYONE, especially children and pets playing in the river, as they could easily be swept away. The only redeeming features are the RV park s wider roads, the beautiful view of the Colorado River and Mountains, a Family Dollar store and a nice Bar and Grill Restaurant that are located within a .5 mile away. With the expensive cost and lack of amenities, it is VERY doubtful if we will ever return here again.
