For $15 a night (2017), this is an excellent deal if you're going through Tillamook. About 25 spaces behind the Ashley Inn. 2 large pull throughs, 5 parallel parking spots, the rest back in. Directly across the street from Fred Meyer. Other shops and restaurants within walking distance. 14 day parking limit. All sites are 30/50,amp and water. No restroom or shower, though I would guess you could use the restroom in the lobby. Dump station on the way out. The spaces are large and well maintained. Each site has a small patio with picnic table.

Place is behind Ashley Inn and is paved with neat sites that only have electric and water. $29.95 for each site. Dump is away from the sites and costs an extra $20. No RVs over 20 years-old. Very disappointed by the price so we left after getting the info from the front desk.
$29. to stay $10. to swim $20 to Dump. They don t tell you this up front. Water and electric is all that s included in the Amenities and your parked in their back parking lot. Would never stay here again. Front desk lady was nice but that doesn t help your pocketbook after you ve dumped and didn t know.
