Reviews for Aspen Acres RV Park

| Not ideal

We should have followed our instincts on this one. The price was higher than anything listed online. When we arrived, it seemed as though we were interrupting personal conversations. The young girl that checked us in didn't seem to know much and she wrote down our credit card number - not something we like to see done with our information. We were escorted to our spot without being given any other information..no maps, no info on where to find amenities, no info on the wi-fi. The next day, we stopped to pick up a receipt since we were never given one when they charged our card, only to find out we were charged $10 for our pets. We were never told we would be charged nor did we sign off on any such charge. Considering the dogs stayed in our RV, and they were picked up after, we are not sure why we would be charged to have them with us. All in all...not worth over $40 for one night. The one star rating is for the views.

The ad says wi-fi is available. But when I asked about it I was told we didn't get it in the park, but there was a hotspot up by the office. The park is located out in the middle of nowhere and would be hard to find if not for the GPS. The park is nice otherwise with nice views and large spaces. We didn't use the bathrooms and showers so don't know about them. No tv stations available. We stayed in the park in a 40' 5th wheel.

Views nice, sites close, strangely arranged and utilities at our site with way at back with long sewer connection. Sewer connection elevated so even liquid flow very poor. Golf course is frankly a disaster. Changing name to Yellowstone Golf Resort is a bit presumptuous. Apparently under new ownership and I think they are trying but long way to go.

The park has new owners (sherrie) went out of her way to accommodate us and our 33' fifth wheel. Gorgeous area, loved our camp site. First time we ever opened all of our blinds in our RV - it was gorgeous view outside every window. Neighboring RV's not too close. Highly recommend staying here. Very secluded. You absolutely need GPS to find it. One hour drive from west entrance of Yellowstone. Only negative is that they are kinda tricky to find . Dont know about wi-fi service we were enjoying Yellowstone entire time not hanging out at our RV. Pretty decent golf course , not Augusta , but nice course for everyday golfer. New owners are wonderful- we would definitely go back. Also, great little grocery store about 5 miles away on the way to Yellowstone that has anything you need. We arrived after they closed at 9pm, Sherrie stayed late to help us get situated and put us in an extra spot near overflow lot w/ water and electric- even this spot was nice - next to one of their rental cabins. Thank you Sherrie :)

Older park, but well maintained, friendly hosts, spots tucked into Aspen trees, good views of western side of Tetons. Unique place with integrated Executive Golf Course around park. Rates are reasonable, especially if PA member. Definitely come again if in area.
