Owners very nice and attentive...everything worked but the place is pretty run down and dingy. Sites are level but need to be cleaned, lots of cigarette butts, etc. I even picked up a razor blade. Lots of residents here that are pretty dilapidated and a trailer park over the fence. But overall it was quietish and got the job done. Closest park to Aspen, which is why we chose it.
Don't know where the 1st reviewer stayed. This is a nice RV park with exceptionally clean facilities. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a trailer park but its adjacent to the RV park and separated by a high fence and not a problem at all. Location near Aspen is great and only a short ride if that's your destination. Highly recommend staying there.
This is a trashy trailer park with a few camp sites available.
