Pros: the owners were very freindly; the starlight at night was fantastic; pool seemed well kept (too cold to use); pretty 30 minute drive to Ithaca. Cons: even with discounts, price per night is too much for the condition; everything is an extra charge: $10/night for class A, $10 per sewage dump, No trash taken, and so on; the lots are very uneven and we spent two nights at a 10 degree slop with jack stands fully extended; road to camp is uphill gravel and full of ruts; there were few people there, but if it has been even half full it would be very hard to maneuver and tight quarters.
