Former KOA facility. Some site pads to narrow with low hanging trees for the bigger modern Class A. Internet during my stay was strong and no drops. Shower room dated and needing basic maintenance. Numerous long term / annual campers with units in disrepair with cluttered camp sites. A campground I would return to with some basic maintenance and general updating.
Clean park with good shade and level. Office staff couldn't be nicer and more helpful. Wifi needs to be updated.
one lane in to stop at the office. You have to wait (or drive in the outbound lane) if returning from town. Site B17, office told us to drive through site a1 to get to our site. We would not have made the tight corners if we didnt. The divided island infront of the office has trees. No way around not scratching tall rigs. Already tripped the post breaker (low volts) and it is only 80 degrees outside. Roads are barely 8' wide and most campers have vehicles, awnings, etc., right up to the road. Took the firetruck awhile to navigate through to assist a medic vehicle. No fire rings.
Great location. We spent 1 night
Not much has changed since last year. If someone put a lot of money in this place, it could be better.
We only stayed one night in a 38' MH pulling short trailer. Lots of shade and good hook ups. Tight roads and narrow sights. Seasonable locals are allowed to keep too much junk on their sites so place looks junky.
This is a fair RV stop and rest on the way to Florida of elsewhere. The pool is very nice during the summer. The service very good. It has internet, sewer, electric, water. Propane tanks can be refilled. A dog walk area. A lot of the long time residents have been moved out. So it's a lot cleaner. I stay here probably 4 times a year. No complaints. It's close to shopping areas, and downtown Atlanta.
I would not Define this place is a resort. It is a campgrounds. Wireless internet was off and on they explain to me that it was not to be used to stream Netflix or anything like that. The staff was nice but the price for this campgrounds is a little pricey compared to the true Resort's that I'm used to staying in. I would stay in this for an overnight visit. But for long-term I would find another true Resort.
The people running this place make up for the run down conditions. Has potential. Repaving of entire park would make it appealing. Long terms need to remove "stuff" from around sites. Just not a lot of rv parks in this area.
Good looking CG with plenty of trees. A little tight getting around. A lot of locals here so they let them have about anything on site. They partially park on the road and make it difficult to maneuver plus it looks trashy. Wifi worked well. We would probably use it again for a single night stop.
This was our first stop on our way to Florida and being new to RVing we had a lot of questions. The staff here helped us personally with getting our systems working properly and had great suggestions on cost savings. They even helped us with hook ups when we didn't have the proper fittings. We spent an extra night just getting our RV familiarized. The site was level and the park is full of nice shade areas. Although not fancy, it's very comfortable and we will definitely make it our spot off i75 around Atlanta.
Nice clean park, very large sites, excellent pool, strong wifi, many TV channels. Overall very satisfactory experience. The older reviews almost stopped us from coming. So glad we took a chance.
Assistant Manager has horrible customer service. Avoided this park if at all possible!
First time I stayed here. Needs many improvements to be called a Resort. Staff here is very helpful. Beautiful pool next to the office. Nice place to stop along I-75.
it's clean and quite. Staff was nice. they have a lake but it's covered by the forest. it's the only park this way. good for a place to stay. nothing to do there.
Ok spot for overnight stop. Close to I-75..easy access but also lots of noise. Bathhouse needs a lot of work
We had a very pleasant one night stop at this RV park. Attendant was so pleasant and gave us the discount with our Good Sam membership card. Highway noise was not a problem for us. Bath house very clean. We'd stay here again!
Prices higher than listed on this site and it hasn't been updated. $40.00 for one night plus $5.00 for our additional guest. Plus tax. Pretty spendy
Overpriced. $210/wk for full hookup pull-through. A lot of road noise from I-75. A lot of teenager yelling noise from neighbor. Cop sirens more than once a day. Small lots, tight turns. The best thing about the place is the lobby. Not on my "return to" list.
Would not stay again. Tight spaces and not worth the price. Maybe ok for a night or two but that’s all. Don’t recommend for large rigs.
Okay only if you don't mind sitting in your neighbor's lap... we measured it off and you have seven feet between you and the next camper. If we would have put out our awning it would have hit the camper next to us! The place is clean enough until you walk around the edges of the park. Everywhere you look is torn up. The office was nice and and staff was pleasant. It's ok for a layover but I won't go back if i can find something else!
An OK place to park when visiting Atlanta. Sites are generally ok, mostly flat with average roominess. Some sites are roomier than others, some are flatter, just an average campground. I wouldn't consider it a resort just because there's a pool.
Very crowded very tight otherwise very convenient
Front desk staff amazing called confirm even gave us best directions.one night stop. We had site # 14 an as we prepared to leave we noticed our Rig was covered w tiny ants.from roof to hood to walls.Lucky this was our last stop may have to bomb motorhome. Not thinking we come back.
