Really run down. Sites are too narrow. Barely get out of door without stepping on neighbors sewer hook up. Many campers did not look liveable with lots of junk lying around. Noisy with trains and rocket testing site close by. Trains ran several times day and night. Nobody picked up dog poop, so there was no where to walk on grass. Dogs tied up to campers barking and growling. Laundry is in hotel, so it's a walk and expensive when you have to dry everything twice. One washer did not spin. Police cars patrolling area regularly because of complaints. Awaken by ambulance and police, resident overdosed at party previous night. People that we met did seem nice...lol
Forgot to mention that there are 7 security lights, only one works. The rest are broken with many of the parts lying on the ground. So, it is dark and lacks reliable security.
