This place is meticulously maintained and the staff are all great. Very family friendly. You will want to stay longer than you plan.

| Great for all kinds of Campers

This is a very large campground with multiple sections such as no power, no water used mainly by tent campers. We wanted full hook ups but we got water and power. It is not bad since they allow you to run your gray water out onto the grass. They have free dump stations or you can use the pump out service which comes around on Tuesdays and Fridays for $14. You will likely not get a pull through as there is only one. There are also some fulltimers but they are RVs and not trash trailers like you sometimes run into, this is also why full hook ups are not always available. The park is very family oriented with 4 wheel all terrain bikes, kayaks, canoes, two seat paddle boats, pontoon boats both fishing and touring. The ponds in the park are catch and release and the lake fishing allows keeping with low limits like 2 trout. There is more but to much to list like snack bar, store..... The owner Bill is super friendly, the WiFi is the best we have had in a RV Park, good showers if you use them. The only reason we do not give it five stars is the laundry facilities are a little small for this size park and the access road is very narrow and sometimes steep. We don't mean to say you can't get in and out, just that you must pay attention. Lots of kids having a great time. NO cell service.

| Fun and nice place for all ages

The park is well kept and new water and park toys seem to be added each year. The lake is very nice, swimming beach is great. The lake spills into the creek that runs the length of the campground. We are second year season campers and we love bring our children, young grandchildren and nephews to this wonderful park for weekend gateways. Camp store with all the usual items and concession stand with burgers, dogs drinks and ice cream! Try the snickers ice cream! Bill and Marsha are wonderful host and they expect everyone to follow the rules. Keeps everyone calm! Nice place, we plan to stay.

Beautiful, well maintained, and clean. The management is friendly and actively enforced a slow speed limit in the park. Tons of playgrounds and unconventional activities for kids. My 1 and 2 year olds loved the sand piles and stone piles with toy trucks and scoops. Other than that there were activities like bingo, hayrides and scavenger hunts. And we were only there Saturday to Sunday! It was great, I'd love to go again. The only reason I wouldn't go back is the road to reach the campground. It's a 4 mile, twisty, narrow road with an 11% grade in some places. Very scary at times. (But this was our 2nd time in our 38 foot fifth wheel, so I'm scared already lol.) We left early on Sunday so we wouldn't run into any traffic coming the opposite way. Despite that, I'd love to go back and stay lo get this time.
