The concept is incredible. Urban Farm meets RV Park. It's a work in progress right now but still a great place to stay.

Currently small number of sites, but that's part of it's charm and what we likes. Big sites and beautiful rustic acres to see wildlife and walks on farm/woods. Loved our stay and enjoyed the other campers and worker. Very nice and friendly site

No real RV parking. Parked next to the farm diesel tanks. Onerous. Plugged into a 50 amp box on the side of a house, the box was wired wrong but the guy fixed it. Didn't find out untill 400 miles into West Texas that the miswire fried the electronics in our fireplace. Nice enough people but stay away untill they can finish. Then it should be outstanding. Oh and he still charged full price after the snafu with the powrr.

Quaint RV park in progress

We passed through during SXSW and this was the only place we could find last minute. Very friendly "staff" and charming community center, however ameneties at limited right now. Best feature right now is proximity to downtown. We look forward to coming back once the full build out is complete.

We were passing through right before SxSW and just about everyone was full. Josie met us upon arrival and we were situated in a jiffy. Great WiFi that even let us stream Netflix.

Just amazing people and a beautiful property. It s still just phase one of many, but the owners and manager are the best. Super pet friendly and a perfect location, just a short lyft into downtown. Can t wait to come back here again and again and see how it evolves!

Super simple booking over text. Day of arrival they sent us a welcome note with our site number and the WiFi password. Clean sites, great property (lots more to come) and proximity to downtown Austin was great, and brand new commercial washer/dryer.

This place is great! Mike, one of the owners, was extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely the best place to stay in the Austin area!
