| Beautiful facility....AWFUL SERVICE PEOPLE.
My wife dealt with the reservation people so I can't speak to that, but the 2 guys at the security gate were rude. It's now understandable why the park is only about 20% full. The facilities is gorgeous. It's a shame their guest services doesn't reflect that.
| Don't Stay Here!!!!! Beware!!!!
This resort is owned by Canadians and if you are not driving a million dollar coach pulling a million dollar vehicle they are rude and will cancel your reservation with no notice. I have never been treated with so much disrespect than I was treated at this place. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Messed our whole vacation up and I plan on having my attorney deal with this when we get back home due to discrimination. 400K Tiffin is not good enough for this park.

Had reservation for over a month and when we arrived they automatically downgraded our site and our 40 foot Motorhome would not fit in the site they stuck us in. No notification or anything just treated us with no respect. I would highly recommend you think twice before staying at this place. It's sad that customer service does not exist there.
