Reasonably priced, extra long pull-thrus, friendly staff, FREE laundry (only 1 washer/1 dryer), some shade, about 35 minutes from Moab, 8 miles from Sego Canyon petroglyphs. Cable was available, but not a whole lots of channels. WiFi was hit and miss.

We stopped here just for an overnight but was very surprised when the host gave us a map to ancient pictographs only about 3 miles from the campground. They have 2 washers and 2 dryers, all FREE. Very reasonably priced considering location. There are some what appears to be permanent residents but night was very quiet. Would stay again.

Very pleasantly surprised. Nice campground in the middle of nowhere. Reasonably price and clean. Nice bathrooms. Was told that it was previously a mobile home park but all of these units were taken out replaced with new park models. 50 amp service, high water pressure.

Sites are gravel. Bathroom/showers are immaculate, three washers and dryers (free!). Hosts are extremely helpful and friendly, made us feel very welcome. We had some mechanical trouble with our fifth wheel and they could not have been more helpful, even letting us stay past checkout time until we could leave. They helped us get the camper on the truck.

Shared outdoor space, train track one block from here; three trains in three hours blowing horn since we ve been here. Minimal traffic noise from I-70.. RV spaces are front/back sharing the same outdoor space. Not private whatsoever. Good rate to see Arches and Canyonlands. No WiFi, minimal cable channels.

Will b nice park when done. Very clean with easy access bathrooms & laundry. Not crazy about parking facing RV next door. Lacks privacy.

Place was clean. Price was good. Not much more to say. Caretakers were super helpful. Would recommend this place any day. Cheers

We only stayed 2 nights to visit Moab and other nearby attractions. Level, all gravel, little or no shade, great 50amp full hook-ups, and pull thru sites at least 100 long. Pretty good bargain for $39 a night. They have plans to expand. Stakes are laid out so possibly more sites will be available in 2020. Next time we visit we will stay here. We checked CGs in Moab and they were tiny sites and overpriced. We don t mind the 30 minute drive plus like being close to an interstate exit. We stayed here with a 43 motor home pulling a 24 trailer.
