In all of my years of camping all over the US, this is definitely the worst campground I have visited. I rate Walmarts better.

| basic park - nice for what it is

this is a basic park. each camping site has a covered shelter and a picnic table. no trees ... there are no trees in this part of Texas. grounds are basic and clean. bathrooms are clean and simple. you get a good facility ... MUCH better facility than private parks in this price range.

Best option for this desolate stretch of highway. Very clean and well maintained, but pretty basic with some high RV density areas.

Basic sites with water and electric, decent size pull thrus. Water pressure at our site dropped off to next to nothing around dinner time. Pool is spring fed and constant 70-72 degrees. Can be crowded in summer time. They offer cable tv but it did not work at our site....but it is quiet and dark at night , you can hear the coyotes howl in the desert.

| Cable, pricy for out of state travelers

Cable didn't work, pay entrance fee per person of $7.00 + camping fee total for one night $31. Last visit for us to a Texas State Park.
