Adult RV park and Tent sites (18 new RV sites in 2015), long and short term stays along the shady Medina River. Walking distance to downtown and right next to the Longhorn Saloon! Pavilion, picnic tables, fishing, coin laundry, new restrooms with showers. Pet/horse/motorcycle friendly. Drive thru Beverage Barn with gas and diesel.

| Snowbirding in Texas
We have been here since December and love it! We have even extended our stay by 2 months. Our neighbors are social and pleasant. The long term residents around our spot have invited us to the local ranches for day outings, BBQ's and fishing trips. The owners, The new owners ,Debra & Scott have gone above and beyond. They helped us level our rig when we arrived, made us a quick outside patio, took us to a local guitar picking circle and even worked on our motorcycle. The park is a rustic setting shaded by pecan trees , complete with horse corrals and passing deer in the evening. Trails lead to a clear winding river to walk and explore, not mention kayak. Historic downtown Bandera is less than 2 minutes away, with food, shopping and night life, including the Famous Arkey Blues' Silver Dollar. We have high speed internet for a small fee and it has been exceptional. We are planning to snowbird here again next year.
