Stayed here for a week. Weekly rate $250.00. Not bad price for Jan, feb. Nice size lot. RV on gravel, with 8' X 30' cement slab for picnic table and awning. Lots of activities in the park, nice heated pool. Shuffle board, horse shoe pits. Most of the people here are seasonal, but very friendly. 3.5 miles to Hudson Beach. All in all a nice place.
| Overpriced for short term stay
Mostly for longterm stays, activities. Even a mini farmers market in parking lot Monday morning. $42 for 40' RV. Paved roads but rv spot was sandy vegetation and 8' wide concrete cracked slab. As we have traveled farther south in FL we have found fewer rv openings so a lesson in booking early. No place for pets off road. Nice town easy to navigate. We went to Weeki Wachee Springs to watch mermaid show, wildlife info talk and boatride where we saw manatees and heron all for $13. :)

We stayed for 2 nights unexpectedly. Ran into an old friend in the area and decided to stay longer. We were able to get 2 nights at 5 pm on a Sunday afternoon. This is an Encore property and with their 24 hour reservations hotline we got in with no problem. Clean park with friendly tenants. While setting up we had both neighbors (both snowbirds from Canada) come out to say hi and chat with us. Friendly.
