This is the least appealing KOA we've ever seen. Expensive, $53 for one night, but the site was level and we needed the services. The woman that checked us in was abrupt and never smiled. Best thing about this place is that Peggy She's is nearby
This park is way too expensive. It is convenient and nice enough but we have decided to by- pass it due to cost.
We needed a place to stay before hitting Las Vegas. Payed $65 for 1 night 4 persons and RV. Think it was a ripoff. Hookups worked fine. View over Mojave desert with sunset made up for the unfriendly staff.
We traveled on stayed in motel for a couple dollars more with lots of restaurants nearby.
$51 for. electric and water. only
Für amerikanische Verhältnisse nett angelegter Platz. War für uns nur Übernachtungszuflucht auf der Durchreise. Dafür vollkommen in Ordnung. Liegt irgendwie im Niemandsland.
IT should be classified more than 2 at least 3.5 even 4 because the sites are large clean and landscape around is beautiful ... close to a highway but IT is practical Restrooms are clean same for showers
We drove in from Sedona, AZ on our way to see the redwoods, so we stopped for the night. The staff was courteous and explained they were having an issue with their water well and at that time had no water. Not a problem for us since we were just staying the night, but then they sent a man around shortly after we got settled and informed us that it was fixed. The space were spacious and they have a big dog run. No grass, but in and around Barstow doesn't have any, so no biggy. If we ever come back this way, we will be stopping.
I ve been to many koa s before, and I always had a great experience. Koa s are very well maintained; always enjoyed clean bathrooms, updated facilities, and friendly staff. Here, the employees are like zombies, bathrooms are nasty and at least 30 years old, and the overall facilities are in horrible condition. The only thing staff cares about is $$$. They definitely don't give a damn about anything else. Koa s should maintain its good brand and dump this hole and it's zombies. Never ever again, I will pay $50/ night for this dump.
This KOA is way too expensive considering the area it is in. Stayed one night and moved on.
Way too expensive, needs a ton of help. Sign, building need new paint 5 years ago. Pool was full of sand. Wifi did work good. Wont be staying here again.
