Barton Park Campground

Beautiful park with river access. We were here the last week of August and the park was almost empty (mid week). The campground is well maintained with many trees as well as open spaces. Camp hosts and ranger are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed picking the blackberries throughout the park.

Level sites with water and 50 or 20 amp service. Great bathrooms and showers, nice access to the river. Really, really nice staff, especially the great lady who gave us some homemade blackberry pie.

We stayed 6 nights at site 61 and it was a great place. However we were there for a wedding and got back late gate closes at 10 so we had to park at entrance and walk to our site. River access is superb.
