Price incorrectly posted Long Island residents $26-$30 non-residents $54-$60. No full hookups, bump station on the way out

very pricey, especially for a non resident. only have water and electric, have to go to dump station, also no wifi,no cable tv, no fires allowed. in addition to other rule, a few full times here s well

Just got here. The people working were very nice and even helped me back in. Clean. And other tenants seem friendly. A little pricey if you dont have the resident leisure pass. I recommend getting one
