very pricey, especially for a non resident. only have water and electric, have to go to dump station, also no wifi,no cable tv, no fires allowed. in addition to other rule, a few full times here s well

Just got here. The people working were very nice and even helped me back in. Clean. And other tenants seem friendly. A little pricey if you dont have the resident leisure pass. I recommend getting one

They're prices to high. I used them once for the dump site they charge $8.00 for that alone. You can get a campground discount; if you purchase a resident camp permit, and they are open year round; but without a permit $57 a night is way to much.

| Oasis in Long Island

his campground was an oasis, you would not know your were in Long Island. Plenty of space between sites, alot of grass and trees. This is no fault of the campground, but the roads very bumping make sure all items are secure in you RV. Also avoid all parkways, we came in via George Washington bridge to 295 to 495 to exit 48.
