No good shades, and where there are trees annual people have them, living year round. The roads are terrible, pot holes, wouldn't recomend.
stayed one night....huge place with unmarked sites.....high weeds.....permanent tenants everywhere with apparently no restrictions, keep moving.....needs massive improvements
We stay here three weeks, yes not the best roads to make it but if you drive slow it’s not that bad as other people say. Beautiful place , you have nice bathrooms amd clean. People was nice, help us when we was stac! Yes you have people that live full time here but still it’s clean all around. Lake is beautiful and you can fish or sweem .
This is by far one of our favorite TT parks. Access road is rough, but take your time and it's ok. Quiet and friendly.
