Great place to stay! Clean, comfortable, quiet, new, and still adding to it. Beach access on site.

For the cost, this is not the place you want to be. The only redeeming factor is, on low tide you can clam... maybe. There is no wi-fi. They continue to promise but it isn't happening. They want to charge exorbitant prices but deliver little. At $70 per night for an RV site, it's far too much. Gravel roads, sites are narrow with little room to park a trailer and a toad, especially if you are driving something bigger than 35 feet. If you have a 20' trailer then you'll be fine. We've stayed in many, many RV parks around the USA, some great, some not so but the cost of this place is not worth it. Better off at the Mill, Bastendorf, Oceanside, Alder Acres...... pick one. As an aside, the managers are a little uptite as to deal with different scenarios, roll with it, adapt, make due.

Such a great place to stay with a very friendly and helpful staff. It does cost a little more to stay here, but it has so much more to offer than many other parks along the coast.

| Best Park so far!

we are taking a 10 day trip up the coast and this is the best park so far. This park is modern, clean, spacious sites and beautiful views of the water. Dogs can go on the beach, we caught clams, indoor pool is very nice as well as the gym is up to date with a beautiful view. All staff was awesome. Bathrooms and laundry are 5 star too. We will definitely stay here again!

| Large New Park

This is a new 160 space park. The sites are large with 50 amp FHU with cable and good satellite reception. All sites have easy access. Roads and sites are gravel/dirt so there is some dust. There is one waterfront row and is very pricey at $80/night. Didn't use the showers or laundry. The laundry is small for such a large park (5 washers and dryers). This is a nice park with one exception. SITE 1 HAS A LARGE ELECTRICAL TRANSFORMER RIGHT NEXT TO THE SITE WHICH IS SO LOUD THAT YOU CANNOT SIT OUTSIDE AND YOU MUST CLOSE THE WINDOWS OF YOUR RV.

VERY nice park, cable TV quality is very bad, thank goodness we had a satellite, Too MANY dogs, people don't keep on leashes and using the beach as a bathroom even with free bags, don't pick it up.
