If you like parking your RV under giant oak trees next to a river with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico, next to a draw bridge, with full hookups, within easy walking distance to the sponge docks and downtown, then this is the place for you. Friendly owners, beautiful boat dock. Very reasonable. The only downside is if you have dogs it's hard to find a safe place to walk them. We will definitely mark this as a spot to return to. Spaces are very limited so call ahead.
Pete the owners son met us and helped us park our 32' trailer. Everyone was extremely nice. Laundry was newly renovated but bath is only a single shower. There is a bath for men and women. Made it a longer bath for our family but it extremely clean. Outdoor dock was also nice. This park is mostly permanent trailers. As always parking is tight anywhere in Florida RV parks but we would return there again.
I will never return here. The owner J was difficult, I did him a favour by moving because he overbooked and was verbally abused because two weeks later he wanted me to move again to a unfinished site. It was the most stressful vacation I have ever had. I cut my vacation short by a month because of the abuse. The laundry facilities were terrible, and many projects in the park are not finished. Tarpon Springs is beautiful but I would never return , this owner left a bad taste in my mouth.
