The area is gorgeous but unfortunately the staff didn't know much about hiking trails in the area. Site B4 (full hookups) was pretty bad. It backed onto a construction debris area (see picture), was pretty out of level side to side, and the soggy soft dirt gave way easily under the leveling jacks. The WiFi advertised is non-functional even at the lodge building, all they'd say is "sorry." We were supposed to stay two nights but a storm took out the electric and, much worse, their water pumps. To their credit the refund was hassle free. There's a great free dump station at Burgess Junction, use that and stay in a Forest Service campground and you'll get what you expected.
WiFi was unreliable RV site B4 no picnic table or fire pit and located in front of maintenance shed. Staff friendly and tried to be helpful but had limited resources such as trail maps. Good for a one night stay but that's about it.
