Best RV campground I have yet to experience in my five years traveling. Class A only park the staff is overly attentive to you every need, sites are very large , clubhouse is outstanding and located near great restaurants and shopping but still secluded. The only suggestion I could make is the need to plant more shade trees. Will return ....often.

Class A's only Finest park we have yet to visit in our 6 years of RVing. Only thing that I would recommend is that they plant more trees and finish sodding phase three. Will return whenever we are in the area .

We stayed 3 nights and are returning soon for 2 weeks! It is a Class A only Resort! It is gated, nice ambiance with great lighting, landscaping, small lakes and fountains. The clubhouse is nice, complete with the nicest gym we've encountered and saunas. They also have a room with a massage table. There is a nice waterfall pool and a jacuzzi. The staff are also very friendly. I don't imagine they get a tremendous amount of travelers, such as us, as the sites are individually owned. Many owners rent their sites out when they are not there. Bella Terra manages them. It's conveniently located to shopping and only about 5 miles from the beach. Impressive!

We have stayed at Bella Terra many times and finally bought a lot in September 2016. Class A only with two dog parks, nice pool, great clubhouse with gym, sauna, movie theater. Lots of activities for renters and owners. Very pleased with our purchase, almost two years later.

Top Ten for us for sure. Highly recommended for Class A. Bring Jack Pads!

| Beautiful Motorcoach Resort but...

The resort is very beautiful, has a lovely clubhouse, activities and the people at the resort are very friendly. There are two dog parks available, however not everyone picks up after their dogs There are a lot of people with dogs! The only downside is, there is a charge (posted on thIer websIte) if you have to cancel your reservation even If the park may be full already! Our RV broke down and we still had to pay the fee. Mama s not happy!

This RV park is listed as a top luxury motorcoach rv site on two separate popular websites. If you are going to pay to be listed as the top site you better live up to that expectation. I would not have booked this site if it wasn t for that reason. Just wanted to see what the top site would be like. Disappointed. We have visited several of these supposedly top luxury sites and this one would be at the lower end or maybe not even on the list. Very nice staff and the club house is well done but after that the rest falls short. This is a plain Jane development in a quickly developing suburban area that you can see because of the sparsely planted pine trees around the perimeter. Pads are either grass or concrete with limited vegetation - like one palm per site. Not impressed.
