New flooring would be nice in main area. Pool was dirty.

This is one of our favorite parks, we stay here several times each year. It is clean and well maintained. There is a large pond and catch and release fishing is allowed. If you want to stay here during the quilt show you will need to make reservations a year in advance.
Wow, this place is beautiful, lots of grass, beautiful pond. Great dog walk / trail. It is 15min outside of Bend but well worth the drive. Big rig friendly & a very friendly staff. We will be back
Have stayed here twice while in the area. You will not be disappointed. What's not to like about clean facilities, paved roads and pads and really green grass with adjoining areas of wild flowers. It's location is misleading. It's less than 5 miles from Sisters and 15 miles from Bend. The drive is easy and scenic either direction. It's one of those RV parks that you just hate to leave. Call way in advance-they stay booked and it's no wonder. Always love getting a reservation here.
We arrived after hours and they had good instructions to find a site. The grounds are truly like a garden with a large pond and water fountain in the center of the park. The showers were very nice and everything was well-maintained. We did not try wifi since we had our own hotspot. We thought the $45 price (Sam's Club) was very reasonable. We will definitely return!
I live nearby this park, and have driven past it several hundred times and thought nothing of it, other than who would ever want to vacation next to the rodeo grounds. With our new RV we wanted to do an overnight close by to learn the new systems. I was beyond impressed with the property. It is so well maintained, the gardens are beautiful, the bathrooms are exceptional -- unlike anything I've ever seen before. Heated floors, elegant features -- it was more like being at a day spa. We didn't get a chance to play miniature golf, but it looked fun. Everything aspect of the property was meticulously maintained.
This Park is incrediblely beautiful, the landscape as well as the park is well maintained. The sites are level asphalt, wide and long. All sites are full hookup with 50/30 amps. One of the best Parks in Oregon. Staff with one exception are friendly and helpful.
This resort is amazing - the staff was kind and treated us well! They went out of their way to make our stay, affordable and amazing! The pool was very fun and enjoyable for the kids! The sites are well kept and with beautiful mountain views! Will definitely be back!
Very clean, good facilities, 15 minutes from the bustling and busy town of Bend, and 5 minutes from Sisters. Located out of both towns, fairly secluded. The road it is on 20 has a bit of traffic during the day, and we were parked near the road, so there was a bit of road noise, but the beauty of the park made that noise easy to ignore. Bring a fishing pole, because there are tons of trout in the private pond. We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay, and hope to get a chance to return.
You can see why this got 10/10/10 on good Sam. Very clean, paved spots, nice picnic areas. An open field where your dog can run free off leash. Big park so lots of people but would definitely recommend this. 15-20 min from Bend, closer to Sisters which is also a cute town.
Looks very to drive in to. Grass, cement pads. Lots of flowers. Dog path and off leash area behind park. Close to Sisters, a cute little town. You must have breakfast at Cottonwood Cafe.
Excellent Park. Spots are big, lots of green grass. Well maintained. Stayed here for ten days,, Nice LAKE for fishing. Will certainly be back.
What a nice place. This is our first time in a "resort" but we have paid similar prices to be in a gravel parking lot so I believe it is fair to compare it to a "park." Beautiful grass, trees, landscape, dog/walking trails and paved everywhere else. Totally full but really quiet. Great mix of RVs from really high end to basic trailers. This place is top notch.
This is an outstanding facility in all ways. Expensive compared to other options in the area but it's a beautiful oasis with great staff. We have a second stay planned in the fall. If you don't have an RV there are 3 cabins and 3 cottages available.
