I was tired and needed a place for the night...$33 cash. Paid it because I was 95° and needed electric for AC. the restrooms were locked...was told by a "permanent" resident that the owner keeps the restrooms locked in the summer. It is a quiet area but I would not stay here again...really...no restrooms!!!
Very rude man with a bad attitude made it clear that we couldn't stay because we had a pet.
Owners attitude was rather arrogant. All I did was drive through the park and then go up to his office. The whole idea that I did not register before driving through the park he said eliminated my ability to stay. I was then asked to leave. And that I did.
Do not stop here if you love your dog. They have a 20 foot by 5 foot wide Swatch of land and that's the only place you can walk your dog nowhere else in the huge Park. I said to the crabby guy you're kidding me right? And he said what's wrong with that? I said we need to go to a new park and "he said go to a new park then"... we were just going to get propane also. So he not only lost a customer for overnight but he lost a sales of propane and he didn't care. It's a homely looking Park anyways we moved on to Valley Vista RV Park Encore Resort. Only 3 miles from Crabby boy and it's a lot nicer Park. I would have been really ticked if I had set up the rig and then told that's the only place I can walk my Basset Hound. Skip this place for sure.! Gave it one star because I had to write something or wouldn't take my review, I give its 0 Stars.
This guy is very Rude. Do Not stay at Benson I- 10. We will not stop again. Much better RV Parks in Benson to stay at. I would give it 0 stars it is that bad - had to give it 1 to post this
We were a little sceptical given the reviews we saw about this place. Turns out that this place is under new management and they are really cleaning it up. Manager was friendly and helpful. Laundry and restrooms are clean. We use satellite dish for TV and Verizon for Data so I cannot comment on the park WiFi. A little train noise but not bad. We are full-timers and have seen much worse that were rated higher. We will definitely be staying here again. $310.00 monthly rate plus .18 cents per kwh.
New management is very nice and helpful, nice dog area well lit clean bathrooms mostly gravel some grass between spots the park was spotless a few trees couldn t here train or freeway
