The current rate is $35 a night. We almost missed the turn because there was no sign on the road to indicate where to turn for the RV area. It is located next to a store, gas station and bar / restaurant where locals hang out. Propane is also sold. Although it is located on a bayou, all of the sites along the water have been taken by long term renters, some of whom work nearby. The rest of the sites are simply RVs parked on a large gravel lot. Ant mounds and mosquitoes were abundant. There was a little bit of grass in between the spaces and a large grass field behind them. There had been a lot of rain so it was muddy and difficult to work around the rig outside without getting muddy shoes. The lady who checked us in insisted that we use a particular site with standing water all around it, saying over and over again that they were going to be completely "full up" later on that day and that all of the other sites had been rented to others. There were a dozen empty slots all weekend. There are absolutely no amenities unless you consider the open field behind the RVs a dog run.
