This RV park is now closed and is slated for redevelopment as condos or something. Too bad, it was a nice place and the demand for rv spaces in San Diego is strong year around. Try Silver Strand State Beach campground a few miles north.
Though this adults only park is technically located in IB, think Coronado. This facility is for self-contained units only. It is a renovated mobile home park. The sites are huge. It backs up to a wildlife preserve on San Diego Bay. Everything about the park is outstanding, except for one. It will be closing next fall. It will be the site of a brand new condominium complex. But we will be back for a month this July.
This great facility is slated to go out of business as of October 1, 2015. I'm told it will become high rise condos.
